Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping
●Standard Delivery: There is no shipping charge for package products, and the estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days.
●Expedited Shipping: If expedited service is required, an expedited fee of ¥15 or more will be charged, depending on the location. Estimated delivery time within 3 business days.
International Shipping
●Standard International Shipping: There is no shipping charge for package products, and the estimated delivery time is 10-15 working days. Estimated delivery time is within 7 business days.
●Expedited International Shipping: If expedited service is required, an expedited fee of $20 or more will be charged, depending on the location. Estimated delivery time within 7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Processing
●Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
●Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
●Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues
●Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Tekugi® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
